Refund and cancellation policy

All purchases are final. We don’t offer refunds once you’ve bought FormsPilot Pro. Try the free version before buying to make sure it works for you.

Charged twice, or charged without getting a license: that’s a payment error, not a purchase. Email support@formspilot.in from the email you paid with and we’ll return the extra or failed payment to the original payment method through Cashfree, usually within 5–7 working days.

There is nothing to cancel: monthly and yearly plans don’t renew or charge by themselves, and Lifetime is a single payment.
