About FormsPilot
FormsPilot is a free browser extension for Chrome and Safari that fills online forms from details you save once. It’s built for Indian forms: government and scholarship portals, exam applications, job sites and Google Forms, in English or Hindi.
Who makes it
FormsPilot is made by Dexnova in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Dexnova was founded by Aditya Mishra.
Why it exists
Every exam and scholarship application asks for the same details: your name as it appears on your marksheet, your parents’ names, date of birth, category, address and bank details. Then it rejects your photo for being a few KB too big, the wrong shape, or missing your name and date. FormsPilot does the typing and fits each upload to the portal’s rules, so your time goes into checking what you submit.
How we work
- Your details stay with you. The extension stores everything in your browser and makes no network requests, so we never see your profiles or documents. How FormsPilot keeps them safe.
- You stay in charge. FormsPilot never presses submit, and never saves or fills passwords, OTPs, card numbers or CAPTCHAs.
- Paid for by Pro, not by your data. Form filling is free. FormsPilot Pro pays for the work. There are no ads, no analytics in the extension, and nothing to sell.
- Portal rules change. FormsPilot has built-in upload rules for UPSC, SSC, IBPS, NTA and RRB, but portals change their rules every year, so always check the official notice before you submit.
FormsPilot is not FormPilot
FormsPilot (with an s) is not related to the FormPilot form builder at formpilot.in, or to browser extensions named FormPilot. FormsPilot’s only website is formspilot.in.
