The FormsPilot extension

Your profiles and documents are stored only in your browser, encrypted if you turn on the passphrase lock. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
The extension makes no network requests and has no analytics or tracking.
On this website only, the extension tells the page a random installation ID and whether Pro is on, so a license can be issued for that installation. The ID identifies an installation of FormsPilot, not you or your computer, and other websites can’t read it.

Your email address, to issue your license, send your receipt, and send codes when you restore a purchase.
Order details: price, date, and Cashfree’s order and payment IDs.
Mobile number: passed straight to Cashfree, which needs it for the payment. We don’t store it.
Installation IDs your license has been activated on, to apply the activation limit.
Your IP address, briefly, to limit repeated requests. These records are deleted within an hour.
Restore codes, stored only as a hash and deleted once used or after 10 minutes.

We don’t use cookies, advertising or analytics on this website.

Payments are handled by Cashfree Payments on its own secure page. We never see your card, UPI or bank details. See Cashfree’s privacy policy.

We don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.

License records are kept for as long as the license exists, because they’re needed to restore it. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Email us to see, correct or delete your data. If we delete your license record, we can no longer restore your purchase.
